Fast Pie With Leek And Bacon

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 full tablespoons of permitted flour
  • 1 leek
  • a piece of bacon (about 50 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon of pork fat
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • salt, pepper

Preparation

Chop the bacon into cubes and leek into rings. Put in a frying pan a bit of pork fat, add bacon and leek and fry a bit. When get golden brown color put aside to cool a bit. In a meantime whisk two eggs and add flours (you can mix rye, buckwheat and barley). Then add mixture from the pan: bacon, leek and fat you used for frying. Add pepper and salt per taste or depending on salinity of bacon. Pour in a dish covered with baking paper, put in a moderately heated oven, set on 220 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
