Pork Neck With Mustard

Preparation

Use the mallet to tenderize the meat and to allow mustard seeds to stick onto meat. Season with salt and pepper and place in a heated pan. The neck is fat enough for itself. Fry until brown on both sides. Serve with salad of lettuce and red peppers sprinkled with lemon juice.
