Zucchini Stuffed With Chicken


  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 chicken breasts
  • spring onion
  • salt, pepper, curry
  • 1 – 2 tablespoon of mineral water
  • fresh parsley


Trim stems from zucchini and slice lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and put in blender or food processor. Cut chicken into cubes and add to seeds. Add spring onion, spices, olive oil and mineral water. Mix well to get a compact mixture. Fill zucchini, place them on a baking paper and in a preheated oven. Bake on 220 degrees for 20 minutes. When the thin crust is made on the surface sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and lemon juice per taste.
