Salad With Hake


  • few hake fillets
  • 1 spring garlic
  • 1 lettuce
  • few olives
  • few wild garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of caper
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • lemon juice


Season the hake and then fry it in a nonstick pan with a little olive oil for 2 to 3 minutes each side. Then add a bit of water and white wine and cook constantly stirring until the fish breaks apart. Add some salt.
Cut lettuce into stripes and place into bowl, add fish over it with softened garlic, then add olives cut into rings, caper and chopped wild garlic. Sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice.
