Barley Porridge


  • 4 dl of water
  • a few tablespoons of barley flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • little fried bacon


Put salted water on the stove, add butter, and when boiled reduce temperature and slowly add flour and stir with to avoid making lumps. It is cooked in a few minutes.
Transfer porridge to the bowl, add tablespoon of some allowed cream and fried cubes of bacon.
