Barley Parmesan Sticks

Ingredients

  • 125 g spelt flour
  • 75 g barley flour
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 teaspoon ground Parmesan
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 160 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients, except baking powder, add water and knead the dough. Cover with transparent foil and leave in the fridge to overnight. In the morning, add baking powder, knead well, form sticks and bake in preheated oven on moderate temperature until golden yellow.

If you are in the restriction, don’t use Parmesan.
