Baked Puree


  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 finely chopped garlic clove
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley or celery leaf or add dill or chive
  • tablespoon of olive oil


Wash, peel and cook cauliflower and kohlrabi in water or water steam. Then squeeze from the liquid, add spices, stir and fill muffin molds with this puree. Bake in preheated oven for some 20 minutes or until golden brown. It’s important that vegetables don’t have much water. If you do not want to mix two types of vegetables, make only one type, change the vegetables as you like.
