Endive With Tuna


  • 1 small endive
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 smaller cucumber
  • parsley or celery leaf
  • salt, pepper
  • lemon juice
  • few drops of olive oil


Separate the leaves of endive. Drain tuna and crumble. Grind cucumber and assemble all the ingredients. Spice with salt, pepper, lemon juice and a bit of olive oil. Mix all and fill chicory leaves.
