Chrono Bagels


  • 250 gr spelt flour
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 150 ml of lukewarm water
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 tbsp milled flax
  • 1 tbsp fried sunflower
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • salt


In a bowl mix all dry ingredients, then add water and make hard dough and leave to rest 30 minutes. Divide the dough into balls of 50 g and make small bagels. In appropriate dish heat water and when starts to boil add bagels and cook until they float to the surface. Remove from the water and arrange direct into greased baking tray. Sprinkle with sesame and bake in preheated oven on 210 degrees for 15 minutes.
