Omelette with Spring Onion and Paprika

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1/2 red paprika
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Preparation

Beat the eggs, to become foamy, and add salt and pepper. Add finely chopped spring onion and paprika. Heat the olive oil in the frying pan, and add the mixture. Do not mix the mixture, and leave it as it is. When it is done on one side, roll it over on the other, and fry it a little more. You can serve it with cucumber and tomatoes, and of course, with some chrono bread.
