Egg Whites with Spinach


  • 2 eggs
  • spinach
  • white garlic
  • pork fat
  • lemon
  • salt
  • pepper


On a low heat, in the frying pan, add a little of pork fat, and chopped garlic. Add pre-cooked spinach and stir, put salt and pepper and cook. Periodically stir, all together for several minutes and then add a little lemon juice. Fry the eggs and after they are done, remove the egg yolk. It is done in a almost few minutes and it’s very tasty.
