Chrono Spaghetti Bolognese


  • 1 onion
  • 400 gr minced pork or beef meat
  • 500 ml tomato sauce
  • salt, pepper per taste
  • little olive oil
  • 1 zucchini


Chop the onion and fry on olive oil while adding a bit of water until onion become transparent. Add minced meat and saute until meat browned and season with salt and pepper. Then pour tomato sauce in the mixture and cook together for some 10 minutes at a moderate temperature. During that time peel zucchini and make spaghetti with the same tool (peeler). Pour your Bolognese sauce over your spaghetti and you have the perfect lunch.
