Chicken With Brocolli


  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 1 onion
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 300 g cauliflower
  • salt, pepper in the grain
  • bay leaf
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • herbs per taste


Cut the chicken into cubes and fry on a little oil. Chop the onion and spring onions and fry together with the meat until become transparent. Spice per taste and add broccoli’s flowers and saute for a few more minutes, occasionally adding water until vegetables softened. In other dish blanch cauliflower in salt water, remove from the water when softened and place in blender to make puree. Add a bit of salt and pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice and serve as a side dish to chicken with vegetables.
