Oyster Mushrooms


  • 300 gr oyster mushroom
  • 1 fresh green pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • pinch of fresh parsley
  • salt, pepper


Cut oyster mushrooms and green pepper on stripes. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and add oyster mushrooms and green pepper. Before the end of sauteing add nicely chopped garlic, parsley and pepper. Salt when finished that oyster mushrooms would not be releasing more water.
Note: If you prepare oyster mushrooms in this way, you have nice dinner. But you can cook them with other colorful vegetables and in that case they can be consumed as an alternative to meat for lunch.
