Meatballs In Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 400 gr minced beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 bunch of fresh parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cumin
  • chili
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 l tomato sauce
  • 4 dl water

Preparation

Chop the onion and garlic and add to the meat. Then add spices and mix all. Form meat balls and bake in the oven for a while (use baking paper). Don’t dry them too much, because you will cook them in tomato sauce.
In a meantime heat the oil, add a bit of garlic cut into slices, then add tomato sauce (without sugar additives) and pour two glass of water. Stir, and when it starts to boil, place meat balls in a sauce and cook for about 30 minutes. At the end sprinkle with parsley and chili pepper.
To complete your lunch, you can make a puree of zucchini. Peel zucchini and cut into dices, cook until softened, add a bit of salt and dill and blend using  classic blender or stick mixer.
