- 1 cucumber
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 clove of garlic
- Greek yogurt
This is a classic Greek sauce – ideal for breakfast with some allowed pastries.
Wash the cucumber, cut off the tops and grate as fine as you can. With your hands squeeze out the excess water and place cucumber into the bow. Peel the skin off the garlic clove and place in garlic press. Squeeze through and cut off with knife, and add to the cucumber, as well as chopped drill. Salt a bit, add Greek yogurt and stir all.
