White Muffins


  • 8 egg whites
  • 500g of spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoons of salt
  • 200g of chicken breasts


Grill chicken breasts for 5 minutes on both sides. Chop it into cubes. Whip egg whites and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt into it. Stew spinach in the frying pan to reduce. Fill the molds in the following order: pour a little egg white, add chopped chicken, add spinach and pure the egg whites over. In the pre-heated oven, bake for 10 minutes at 220 degrees.
