Hake Fillet With Spinach


  • hake fillet
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  • parsley
  • lemon juice
  • spinach


Grind the garlic in the bow, pour olive oil, add parsley and squeeze the lemon. All this mix well. Salt fillets of hake and add into pre-mixed marinade. Place the fillets of hake on the aluminum foil, add spinach over it and pour it with the rest of marinade. Covered fish and spinach with aluminum foil and put in a hot oven. Bake 10-15 min. When the dish is almost done, pure with the rest of the marinade.
