- 2 fish fillets (flounder, hake, catfish)
- a few black olives
- one spoon of butter or olive oil
- fresh dill
- tomato sauce
Take larger fillets of fish and divide each into two parts in width. Put a little dill on each part and one – two olives. Roll the fillets and place on greased baking dish. Arrange rolls one to the other until fill the dish. Put it in preheated oven and bake at 220 degrees about 20 minutes.
