Stuffed Tomatoes


  • 3 mid-sized tomatoes
  • 3 slices of bacon
  • 3 egg whites
  • a bit sea salt
  • a bit pepper
  • a bit chive
  • a bit olive oil


Cut the top of the tomato and remove the middle using tablespoon. Put a kitchen towel on the plate and turn tomatoes upside-down to drain it. Put the baking paper on a baking tray and arrange tomatoes. Sprinkle tomatoes with olive oil, and in every one, place the one slice of bacon and one egg white. Add salt, pepper and chive on the top. Bake in a heated oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
