Spicy Pork Tenderloin

  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of poppy
  • 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons of pepper
  •  400 g of pork tenderloin in a piece
  • 1/4 cup of fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup of parsley, finely chopped

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, paprika, poppy, cinnamon and pepper. Rub spice mix into pork tenderloins and leave for a while, until preheat the oven for medium heat. Then put the meat into the oven, and bake for about 20 minutes to make it medium rare and juicy. While the meat is baked, cut one piece of baking paper in the length of the file and arrange on them mix of dill and parsley. When the meat is done, first roll it in its own juicy left in a baking dish, and then wrap it in “spicy” baking paper. Leave for about 5 minutes, then cut and serve.
