- 4 eggs
- pinch of sea salt
- pinch of ground pepper
- 1/2 red fresh peppers
- 2 spring onions
- 1 tablespoon of pork fat
- 100g bacon cut into thin slices
Pour the eggs in the bowl, add a pinch of salt and papper, and whisk it well. Add to the bowl peppers cut into the cubes. Omelette fry for 3 minutes only on one side.
When the omelette is ready, transfer it to a plate or cutting board, rolled it like a pancake and cut into rolls. Put each roll on slice of bacon and roll it up, pinch it with a toothpick, and place it in a casserole. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
