Rolled Eggs With Bacon


  • 4 eggs
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of ground pepper
  • 1/2 red fresh peppers
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 tablespoon of pork fat
  • 100g bacon cut into thin slices


Pour the eggs in the bowl, add a pinch of salt and papper, and whisk it well. Add to the bowl peppers cut into the cubes. Spring onions cut into circles and fry it in the frying pan for 2-3 minutes on pork fat. Add the eggs with pepper into the frying pan and continue to fry, with no mixing. Omelette fry for 3 minutes only on one side.

When the omelette is ready, transfer it to a plate or cutting board, rolled it like a pancake and cut into rolls. Put each roll on slice of bacon and roll it up, pinch it with a toothpick, and place it in a casserole. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
