Crunchy Sprat


  • 500 gr of sprat (whitebait)
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, black onion powder, colorful pepper, ground coriander, paprika, chilli, curry … .. whatever you want
  • 1 spoon of flax flour
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons of olive oil


First defrost the fish, then dry it and rub with olive oil. In one bowl mix all spices and flax flour then dip fish well into mixture and place baking dish covered with the baking paper. Put the baking tray in a preheated oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. The fish will have golden brown color and spices will add crunchy taste. You can eat such prepared sprat for lunch and dinner.
