Millet is a very grateful cereal because it has a mild taste and it combines nicely with all the food, whether it’s cheese, vegetables, dried meat products or tuna.
Before you cook it, immerse it in water. Then throw that water, wash it in a few new waters and put it to be cooked. Cook with water in a ratio of 1: 3.
On a dry pan or in the oven fry the bacon, add it to the millet and mix all with the sour milk.
