Chrono Leek Omelette


  • 1 leek
  • a little olive oil
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • 3 egg whites


Cut the leek into thin circles. In a saucepan pour a glass of cold water, add chopped leeks and put on the stove to boil. In a frying pan heat up some oil, add drained leek, season with salt and pepper and fry a little. Beat the egg whites using fork and add them to the leek. Stir gently until the egg whites are baked and your dinner is ready.

Note: For breakfast replace egg whites with whole eggs.
