Rolled Chicken With Zucchini

  • 1 large chicken breasts
  • 1 large zucchini
  • fresh basil
  • clove of garlic
  • 1 spoon of olive oil

  • 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 5-6 capers
  • pinch of sea salt

Cut the chicken breasts horizontally on 3 pieces. Wash the zucchini and peel zucchini to get wide stripes. From fresh basil leaves, garlic, olive oil and salt make pesto.
Put zucchini stripe on the board, put on it chicken stripe, coat it with pesto and roll all. Place the meat upright and tie it with . Place in baking dish coated with butter and put in the preheated oven. Bake on 200-200 degrees around 20 minutes.
