Stuffed Mushrooms

Easy to make – great for parties


  • 10 large mushrooms
  • 1 smaller leech
  • 1/2 cup of black olives
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • salt and pepper


Do not wash mushrooms, just wipe them with a cloth. Remove the stalks from the mushrooms and chop them. Also chop leek, parsley, garlic, olives and zucchini.

In a heated pan put oil and add leek. When stewing a little bit, add chopped stalks, garlic and zucchini. At the end of stewing, add spices, olives cut into circles and chopped parsley. Stir all, staff mushrooms with made mixture, sprinkle with olive and put in a heated oven. Bake on 200-220 degrees, for some 15 minutes.
